UCSF Research and Academic Building at Parnassus Heights Campus (PRAB)

This approximately 271,000 gross square foot building will be located on the site of current UC Hall at 533 Parnassus Avenue. The building will provide administrative office space, desktop research, dry core and computational labs, educational space, as well as diverse types of wet lab research space, including BSL-2 and BSL-3 labs and other laboratory support space, as defined in the NIH. CTS is performing Special Inspector of Record (SIOR) services involving contractor conformance, compaction testing, mix-design verification, welding inspection, structural steel, fireproofing, and fire stopping services.
