Founded in 1994, Construction Testing Services, Inc., (CTS) has provided special inspection and material testing services for nearly $2 billion in construction ranging from elementary schools to universities, civic facilities to hospitals, office buildings to residential projects, hotels to parking garages.

CTS’ staff and associates of over 75 people are experienced engineers and inspectors in all types of construction. The combined years of experience is punctuated by the fact that many have experience working for public agencies/special jurisdictions.

CTS was founded due to the need of clients to find a responsive engineering and inspection consultant. The CTS team provides owners with thorough project management—our engineers possess not only exceptional technical qualifications, but also administrative skills in contracting, reporting, invoicing and budget management. Our project management tools include weekly review of budgets and invoices, monthly billing statements and customized billing. With the tools available to track budgets, our projects are completed on time and within budget. We also ensure construction projects that are built per plans and specifications.
